Molecular characterization and functional analysis of the chloroplast HSP70 chaperone system

Objective

The goal of the present proposal is to characterize the components of the chloroplastic HSP70 chaperone system by a reverse genetics approach and to investigate their function in the biogenesis of the photosynthetic apparatus.
