Development of new methods for the solid phase synthesis of benzoannelated nitrogen heterocycles

Objective

Development of new methods in the solid phase synthesis of biological-active compounds in the context of combinatorial chemistry. One of the main objectives of organic and medicinal chemistry is the design, synthesis, and production of molecules having value as human therapeutic agents. In recent years, the synthesis of combinatorial libraries has emerged as a valuable tool in the search for novel lead structures. The generation of molecular diversity to create libraries for drug discovery is an important objective for the applicant; due to her interest in medicinal chemistry, and for the host due to his interest in develop new methods solid phase chemistry.
