Stable carbon isotope ratios for the identification of environmentally significant halomethanes

Objective

Carbon isotope signatures for halomethanes from several environmental samples will be detonated using continuous flow gas chromatography - mass spectrometry - isotope ratio mass spectrometry methods. Our aim will be to identify soil sources of halomethanes in the environment and assign them typical carbon isotope signatures and then compare them with those measured for halomethanes from other known sources.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
