Objective
The aim of this project is to identify and characterize mutants of A. thaliana altered in auxin homeostasis and root development, and to obtain knock out mutants in poplar. The benefit of this exchange will be to have direct access to the high technology that have been developed by SweTreeGenomics for hormonal analysis, transcript and proteome analysis.
