Objective
The work proposed here aims to study a Rap gene from Arabidopsis using genetic, molecular and biochemical techniques. The work will contribute to deciphering plant signaling networks controlled by AtRop1 . identify physical interactions in vitro and in vivo, and unravel important functional aspects of this molecular switch in Arabidopsis cells.
