Objective
This research project aims at conducting a thorough investigation of the electronic transport and the dynamics of charging/discharging phenomena occurring in MOS devices containing nanocrystals. The emphasis is on studying the electrical and optical properties of individual nanocrystals and acquire the necessary knowledge to improve the performance olscalable devices made with arrays of nanocrystals.
