Mathematical modeling of organized energy metabolism in muscle cells

Objective

The main goal of this project is to study quantitatively the complex intracellular factors regulating mitochondrial function in vivo and clarify the role of adenine nucleotide compartmentation in energy transfer in the muscle cell.
