Objective
The aim of the project is to map the determinants of the tranglycosylating versus hydrolytic activity in XET enzymes. From an applied point of view this is an important question since it may allow the application oi.XET as a glycosynthase to prepare modified oligo- and polysaccharides for research and medicine
