Trans-cell envelope signalling in pseudomonas aeruginosa: a bacterium in touch with its host?

Objective

The goal of this research project is the characterization of the trans-cell envelope regulatory (TCR) systems in Pseudomonas aeruginosa The hypothesis is that some of these TCR systems will respond to host factors and, in response, express a number of virulence factors.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
