Objective
We aim to set -up a program to link GPCRs with their functions. This will be achieved by constructing specific GPCR adenoviral libraries that are screened for therapeutic relevance in high-throughput cell-based assays. Hits resulting from the screen will be further validated by discovery of the corresponding ligand and elucidation of the downstream pathway.
