Marie curie training site for tl dosimetry and radioecological modelling

Objective

GSF-Institute of Radiation Protection can provide facilities and competence in different fields of Radiation research. The institute has a variety of measurement facilities, special laboratories, irradiation facilities and training and education laboratories and lecture halls. In addition links exist to the Technical University of Munich and to the University of Innsbruck. Doctoral students will have a Unique chance to receive training in all relevant radiation protection topics. Within the Section of risk analysis which is applying for the Marie Curie Training Site different major Topics are investigated:
- Modeling of radio nuclide transfer within ecosystem (food chain) and dosimetry
- Retrospective dosimetry using EPR and TL methods
- Mechanistic modeling of radiation exposure at low doses
- Modeling of DNA and interaction with radiation

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
