Objective
Objectives:
There are 4 principal objectives. First, to give Users the opportunity to collaborate with Large Infrastructures (L.S.F.) so as to utilise and implement advances in control of dynamic facilities made by L.S.F. during earlier RTD contracts. Second, to allow the Large Infrastructures to further develop their collaborative activities, essentially putting earlier research into a form, which is of value to Industry and Users. Third, to organise 6-monthly Management Panel meetings of CASCADE partners, and to hold an annual Round Table meeting for all European earthquake engineering activities. Each Round Table will include a Workshop with participation by international experts. Fourth, to produce high quality Technical Reports on E.U.-funded research valuable to Industry.
