Objective
Young researchers, specialists in their disciplines, will interact in a multidisciplinary project environment. They will learn to work in a multinational team and work in a foreign European country, thus strengthening of professionalism and personality of the young researchers. Technology transfer will be an important issue.
- High-throughput experimentation: access to automated equipment for high throughput synthesis and testing; on-line monitoring and analysis; use of high-pressure apparatus.
- Modern analytical methods: access to a large number of modern , top-quality analytical apparatus.
- Project and time management, communication: planning, coordination and execution of a research project; communication with partners in the project; setting up a web-page as a forum; active participation in international conferences.
- Languages and social experiences: official network language English; other European languages; living in a foreign country.
