Objective
The training objective is the preparation at the highest possible level not only of researchers with a broad scientific spectrum who are ready for future academic careers but also of ones with optimal modeling capacities and a sound mathematical background, an excellent perspective for any nonacademic career. It is important to do this on European scale, not only to have the necessary critical mass, but also since European research absolutely needs young scientists, both in universities and industry, which become part of a community of scientists with the research attitude described earlier The young researchers will receive an extensive training in the experienced teams where they are appointed. They will work on a specific problem, guided by and in collaboration with other team members. They will be encouraged to participate in all network activities and to establish collaborations with young researchers and members of the other teams.
