Objective
NUPEX (NUclear Physics EXperience) will develop a web-based science communication system for nuclear science and its applications. The primary target groups of NUPEX are teachers as science communicators and high-school students. NUPEX will provide a high quality one-stop shop on the Internet for up-to-date information on nuclear science and these applications in at least 6 European languages. The web- based science communication system will be demonstrated with high-quality content in the field of basic nuclear science, its various applications in industry, research, biology and medicine as well as nuclear phenomena found in the Universe, on Earth, in the biosphere and in daily life.
