Objective
A number of the major national economic policy research institutes are doing important work in the area of welfare and employment. Although the challenges to welfare systems are similar across member countries this work has remained so far limited to the context in scope and diffusion. ENEPRI should foster the diffusion of research outside national boundaries, Europeanise research agendas and provide policy makers at all levels with policy advice that is based on a European perspective and drawn from a wider basis.
