Objective
Le développement local dans les zones rurales des régions périphériques dépend de la compétitivité des petites et moyennes entreprises, en particulier celles des industries agroalimentaires valorisant les produits de l'agriculture. La modernisation dans ces industries traditionnelles nécessite l'utilisation des méthodes d'apprentissage technologique donnant accès à des techniques nouvelles. Le projet propose d'analyser les activités innovatrices dans le cadre des interdépendances qui doivent exister entre le changement technologiques et l'environnement socio-économique et institutionnel local. Il nécessite la conception et la mise en place d'un appareillage d'observation des systèmes territoriaux, et de leurs petites et moyennes entreprises (PMEs) et très petites entreprises (TPEs), la modélisation des entreprises innovatrices et la conception d'une analyse stratégique du développement local.
