Objective
Building a European knowledge society requires profound change in education and training. But change is slow and uncoordinated because appropriate information on education research, policy and practice is not easily accessible to researchers, policy-makers and practitioners across Member States. REDCOM aims to create a multilingual/multimedia NETWORK to disseminate research results in education among European researchers, policy-makers, and practitioners in the educational field. It will consist of three academic Journals , specialised in comparative education and published in three EU languages, supported by an ON- LINE OBSERVATORY designed to acquaint pact intoners wig the research results . REDCOM will contribute to the European Research Area and provide an effective tool to support the 6th Framework Programme in social sciences .
