Objective
Implementation of hydro-electric micro plants for the use of mountain municipal waterworks flow, in favour of some municipalities in Valle Camonica and Valle di Scalve.
The project involves a standardization of both hydro electric micro-plants and building criteria of civil works for waterworks.
In particular this standardization provides for:
- the installation of a single turbine on which different types of blades will be placed according to the water flow and the net head of the considered waterworks. So the main components, such as the turbine case, the bearings amd corresponding supports, the turbine needle, the shaft, the coupling to the generator and the overall dimensions will always be the same, no matter what the conditions are: - the setting up of an automation system for the plant's "start", close, and "block" operations, allowing you, at the same time, to close/open the machine valve and the by-pass device, which will be placed up-river of the turbine and connected to a standard dissipator dipped in the water reservoir. - the setting-up of the hydro-electric micro-plant in such a way that it can operate both connected to and in parallel with the ENEL network, or separate from it. In the latter case (as there is no ENEL network) the hydro-electric micro-plant will be equipped with a speed governor with self-adapting patrameters according to the load required by the consumers supplied.
- the installation of an electric board including the electric equipment and all the sectioning, protection and safety devices required by the Italian regulation.
- the implementation of standard head rates and reservoirs in order to place the different hydraulic and electro-mechanical components on the covering slab.
