Objective
Despite of the good preliminary results of Estonian participation in FP5 the closer look reveals that the quality of participation and distribution between different subprograms is highly varied. Thus the strategic objective of the project is to increase the quality and number of Estonian participation in FP5 whereas the specific aim is to reach every Estonian researcher, research organisation and innovative enterprise with relevant information and needed advice. We propose to build up and develop a network of contact persons from research entities, as wells from industrial and SME support organisations and strengthen and customise our information dissemination system, extend its scope, improve its European dimension and the quality of published information. It is expected that through the training courses and better information dissemination there will be a better awareness and. increase in number of Estonian participants in FP5.
