Objective
Providing strong organizational and financial basis for the activity of joint Laboratory between CMMS and Laboratoire de Chimie de Coordination (CNRS) in Toulouse: Laboratory European Asocial (LEA). Establishing of joint research groups, which would formulate and carry out research projects in the areas being considered as important for development of R&D sector in EU countries. Estabilishing of joint PhD training programs with partners from EU countries.
