Objetivo The administration of the Centre, based on the IO-BAS, Varna, Bulgaria will be subordinated to the scientific council, controlled by supervisory board. 3 modules coordinated by the administration will operate in close interaction in order to achieve the objectives of the Centre:capacity building of young researchers;target working groups (WG); information and socio-economic feedback.
