Objective
Elaboration of a user-friendly information system based on the existing server of the Siberian Information/Consulting Centre for R&T Corporation is aimed at expanding the Network disseminating information on opportunities of international cooperation open for Russian scientists. Current problems of lack of information, Internet traffic and partner search are to be solved using Internet technologies as well as E-mail communications and distribution of paper and electronic copies of newsletter for the regions having no Internet access. Reviews of major tendencies and priorities of EU R&T policy and actual information will be presented (with abstracts in Russian and option of downloading information packages) to promote involvement of Russian researchers EU R&T programmes. A database of scientists interested in cooperation will be composed to introduce a robotic system delivering differentiated acknowledgement on changes on the server.
