Development and application of decision-making computerised system for environmental impact assessment and pollution reduction management in chemical industrial areas

Objective

Chemical plants and refineries, that operate in NIS are characterised by large amounts of effluents, and utility waterish have enormous environmental impact on forests around plants. Forests are a biological indicator of pollution. Degradation of forests caused by pollution of plants is very dangerous for sustainable development. We propose to solve an important problem of development of Decision-Making Computerised System (DEMACSYS)for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) of chemical plants and pollution reduction management in industrial areas. To apply DEMACSYS for optimal managerial decision making in operation of 'Scheming AZOT" Plant efficiency and safety of those plants and to prevent forest degradation.
