Objective
To investigate the impact of changes to the organisation and finance of health services upon equity and access for vulnerable groups by age, gender and socio economic origin. To explore, compare and contrast developments sector comparatively in order to identify trends in the restructure of health service provision in different regions of Europe and Asia from a systems based and multi dimensional perspective.
