Objective
Equity , Efficiency and quality are taken as the principles of Health Care Reform in many countries . Would there be any principles or areas on which health care reform have been missing or would there be any alternative ways to correspondingly provide better changes to Health Care Reform? These are interesting to be found out since Health Care Reform was implemented in many countries in same patterns without deeply considering local conditions which might be different from place to place. The objectives of the workshop on "What they talked about less in health care reform" are to investigate missing areas of health care reform, to exchange views of these areas on how co advocate them, and to publish the workshop outcomes for dissemination. The papers concerning such areas will be developed by a number of experts prior to the workshop which will be held for presentation and discussion.
