Objective
IPM Europe's ability to identify and respond to development needs in its field of expertise is enhanced, e.g. documented outputs available by 12/05. Domain task forces to work and cooperate on selected issues are established, e.g. at least one active task force established per year. Skills and capacity profiles and available knowledge on IPM and related fields are accessible to all interested partners, e.g. frequency of use of the database documented.
