Realize a system of collecting, recompressing, and reutilizing as fuel gas the flare gas wasted from the refinery using a variable speed compressor. To improve the energy balance of the refinery and reduce air pollution. Innovation: variable speed compressor with appropriate control units to avoid the risk of driving too much flare gas to the compressor, i.e. to decrease the pressure in the flare system below the atmospheric and consequently have air entering the stack.L%
There is a delay of a new months (3 at least) in the design stage due to unforeseen circumstances in a subcontracting process for the preparation of a document with the required technical specifications for the acquisition of the needed equipment through an international bid. It is expected to cover the time lost at a later stage.
