Objetivo

The proposal is aimed to develop the solid basis for the further engineering design of super conducting coils, the analysis of different design options, and optimisation of the magnet system parameters and preparation of the design proposal of the PANDA magnet system. The magnet system is the central component of the PANDA detector. Therefore it needs elaborate design work to qualify for the precision experiments with antiproton beams.
