Objective
The proposal has the specific objective of enhancing the participation of SMEs, who dominate the industrial structure in Objective 1 regions and pre-accession countries, in the Fifth framework Programme, as proposal participants and as exploiters of results with commercial applications, which emerge from the Fourth Framework Programme.
The goals of the programme are:
- establishing and co-ordinating a European network of experts with experience in the R&D field;
- the network would facilitate awareness raising and would offer assistance development, through training and best practice;
- promoting the exploitation of results and transfer of technologies emerging from the Fourth Framework Programme.
