Objective
Technology and Innovation: An SME Perspective' is a Framework awareness Conference and is the fourth in a series of SME Technology Days. The event will be held in November 2002 in England. The scope of the conference is to consider the importance of the 'SME specific measures' scheme in FP5, and to inform SMEs, intermediaries and other potential participants of the opportunities available to SMEs for participation in Framework 6. The specific objectives of the conference are to: 1. Bring together SMEs, intermediaries, RTD Performers and policy makers and present to them an overview of Framework 5; 2. Discuss the impact of ETI's on SME participation in FP5; 3. Disseminate information, knowledge and results from present and previous European Union funded CRAFT research project results.
