Objective
The project aims at demonstrating - through real cases - how with the support of the SME associations it is possible in an effective way to transfer to SMEs - adapting and modifying it - a technology for knowledge formalisation already tested in the field of clinical medicine and, above all, in the big firms, so as to make it possible to set-up or re-engineer at all instruments based on information and communication technologies useful, on the one hand, for identification, focalisation and strengthening of the crucial processes (those connected with the distinctive expertise that justifies the positions or competitive advantage) and on the other, the determination and externalisation of non-crucial activities from a standpoint of improving efficiency.
