Effective Business Processes For Smes In The Ict Modern Era

Objective

EBUSINESSPROCESS will develop a suite of software to improve the business performance of the software and service industries with particular emphasis on the needs of VSE and SMEs. The solution will strengthen business competitiveness and improve openness of software. The solution is comprehensive. It is aim at the life cycle for software development and at the cycle for services industries. An intranet solution will be produced. It will comprise of wireless technology, application software and interactive multi-media. The solution will be piloted at VSEs (<12) and SMEs (< 250). The life cycle solution will provide for effective knowledge management, decision management support, best practice model, workflow, verification & validation and continual improvement. It will also address client retention management, resource and chain management control. Exploitation is a key consideration of the project.
