Exploitable results
MultiMeteo has developed a system for automatically generating weather forecast information in a number of different languages, from basic meteorological data provided by Meteorological Institution computers.
The system facilitates rapid delivery of weather forecasts to customers, tailored to their particular needs and in the language of their choice. The system has been developed in French, English, Dutch, German and Spanish. Results are already exploited in France. TEN-TELECOM follow-up project to improve existing results is in the pipeline.
