STUDY AND PILOTING FOR ELECTRONIC SCRAPS TREATMENT

Objective

OPTIMAL RECOVERING OF PRECIOUS METALS WITH A SHORT CYCLE.

RECOVERED METALS : PRECIOUS METALS, TIN AND COPPER

THIS PROJECT WILL STUDY PILOT A NEW PROCESS BASED ON FOLLOWING STEPS : GRINDING, SELECTIVE DISSOLUTION, ELECTROLYSIS AND QUICK PRECIOUS METALS REFINING WITH IN COMPLEMENT A HIGH RATIO OF TIN RECOVERY.

1. GRINDING
IN THIS STEP A TOTAL SEPARATION BETWEEN PLASTIC AND METALS WILL BE MADE.

2. PRECIOUS METALS SELECTIVE DISSOLUTION PROCESSES
A) CYANIDE + OXIDISING AGENT
B)IODINE + ALCOHOL
FOLLOWING THIS LABORATORY STUDY, PILOT PLANT TESTS WILL BE REALISED.

3. ELECTROLYSIS
STUDIES ON :
A) ELECTRO CHEMICAL CONDITIONS
B) CONCEPTION AND PILOTING FOR A DYNAMIC ELECTROLYSIS CELL.

4. PRECIOUS METALS REFINING STUDY
STUDY BY REFINING AND ELECTROLYSIS

5. TIN DISSOLUTION
STUDY ON :
A) DISSOLUTION WITH HCL
B) DISSOLUTION INSIDE MELTED SALTS

6. TIN DEDUCTION
STUDY ON :
A) CEMENTATION
B) ELECTROLYSIS REDUCTION.
