THIS PROJECT WILL STUDY PILOT A NEW PROCESS BASED ON FOLLOWING STEPS : GRINDING, SELECTIVE DISSOLUTION, ELECTROLYSIS AND QUICK PRECIOUS METALS REFINING WITH IN COMPLEMENT A HIGH RATIO OF TIN RECOVERY.
1. GRINDING
IN THIS STEP A TOTAL SEPARATION BETWEEN PLASTIC AND METALS WILL BE MADE.
2. PRECIOUS METALS SELECTIVE DISSOLUTION PROCESSES
A) CYANIDE + OXIDISING AGENT
B)IODINE + ALCOHOL
FOLLOWING THIS LABORATORY STUDY, PILOT PLANT TESTS WILL BE REALISED.
