Application of New Vapour Mixture Cycle for the Improvement of Electric Efficiency in a Biomass Power Plant

Objective

- To demonstrate the technical-economic advantages of the application of the new SMR cycle to biomass power plants, within 5 MWe, as maximum potential market;
- To demonstrate the potential positive environmental impact a wider use of this innovative type of biomass power plants can achieve in terms of electric generation and transport;
- To demonstrate that the performances advantages of this technology have a sufficient entity to overcome the non technological barriers to the innovation in its market introduction and diffusion.
