The aim of this project is to develop and reinforce competence and experiences to promote and use Innovation Management Techniques in increasing competitiveness of luxemburgish SMEs.

The following management tools have been selected:
Technology Watch / Industrial Property Rights

and a Marketing Strategy is launched for its promotion

Four thematic working groups are related to the selected tools. Introductory workshops have been planned to sensibilise targeted SMEs and 25 Innovation Consultancy Assignments (ICAs) will be carried out among these.

Diffusion will take place through a collection of brochures on the selected IMTs, workshops addressed to SMEs to be celebrated at the Professional Organisations' facilities, and the publication of case studies and good practices.
