Objectif
To develop and disseminate the expertise and knowledge of the former DDR- inventor schüle (former East Germany - invention school) which is based on creativity techniques and systematic inventing.
Through this project, the partners aim to redefine and improve these invention techniques towards innovation management and also to spread the knowledge to consultants, teachers and managers in the use of the techniques through training.
Relations with other issues like quality, design and marketing will be addressed in the framework of the methodologies. 14 Innovation Consultancy Asignments will be carried out in SMEs together with other initiatives like searches in Patent databanks and publication of a handbook.
The overall objective is to create an innovation environment, by encouraging inventive activity in the SME's, thus improving their competitiveness.
