IMPACQT

Objective

Through this project, the partners will carry out 40 Innovation Consultancy Assignments (ICAs) in the upper Rhine regions of Germany, France and Switzerland.

The ICAs will test and validate the following Innovation Management Techniques which have already been selected by the consortium partners for promotion: Technology watch, creativity stimulation, quality function deployment (QFD), Business process re-engineering and fortschrittszahlen (progressive figures)

The ICAs will be implemented by 10 consultants who will receive specific training on the selected IMTs

Eventually the results will be disseminated through a series of dissemination activities including events such as workshops and seminars
