Objective
Follow up of the 3rd International Conference on "Property Rights, Economics and Environment: Marine resources (Aix en Provence June 2000). To enlarge the readership and disseminate information we plan to publish the proceedings in French and English.
Moreover by improving and feeding our website and participating to forums, conferences and colloquia we'll check the possible implementation of new concepts. The preparation of the 4th conference dealing with coastal resources management will help to stay in contact with our network initiated since 1990 In line with our two previous conferences the proceedings must be edited and published as a book of some 500 pages and 50 contributions. Since we plan to publish in French and English it implies a two way translation of a rather sophisticated legal and economic literature.
