Objective
Bulgaria is for the first time fully associated to the European RTD Framework Programme. Bulgarian SMEs and RTOs lack information and support regarding their possibility to participate, and even lack technological tools (i.e. Internet, e-mail, etc.). There is an urgent need to be informed, trained and supported in FP5 project preparation and participation. The objectives of the project are to raise awareness among them regarding the opportunities of the FP5, and to develop transnational cooperation between Bulgarian and European SMEs and RTOs.
The objectives will be achieved through the organisation of 7 awareness and training workshops on FP5, covering the whole Bulgarian territory, address all issues related to the participation process, clarifying procedures, and answering questions on problems faced. The expected results are the enhanced participation of Bulgarian entities in FP5.
