The role of atrial dilatation in development of chronic atrial fibrillation

Objective

The project investigates whether chronic a trial dilatation plays a causal role in a trial fibrillation. It uses a new method in a well-established goat model and will help to develop effective therapeutic strategies against this important arrhythmia.
