Evaluation of selected natural topoisomerase poisons in human cancer cells.

Objective

Evaluation in human cancer cells of non-toxic natural compounds that have show interest as topoisomerase poisons. The active ones will be evaluated in combination with some currently used anticancer drugs to detect a synergism that might be used to decrease their toxicity limiting their usefulness.
