Objective
The objective of this project is a detailed immunological analysis of the protein defective in chorea-acanthocytosis (CHACp). The sub cellular localisation of CHACp will be determined and experiments will be performed to identify proteins that interact with CHACp, that could open new lines of investigation to the causes of the neuro-degeneration.
