Novel dna-binding properties of major "hot spot" p53 mutants

Objective

Development a model system allowing to identify DNA fragments to which major "hot spot" mutant p53 proteins bind in vivo. Characterization of DNA-binding by these mutant p53 proteins; possible molecular mechanism of the "gain of function" phenomenon.
