Diversity of signalling within a single neurotransmitter receptor subtype

Objective

Because diverse signalling through a single receptor subtype may occur as a consequence of specific agonist receptor G protein interactions, the aim is to develop new ligands acting via receptors that only activate specific second messenger pathways.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: The European Science Vocabulary.
