Objective
The project aims to implement an instructional course on movement analysis. Target users are young researchers, physical therapists, medical doctors (physiatrists, neuro/orthopaedicians), movement analysis laboratory responsibles. It is subdivided in two modules: basic and advanced.
Topics cover e.g.: review of elementary biomechanics, electromyography, modeling; new developments in movement analysis, new rehabilitative, pharmacological/surgical approaches; interpretation of movement analysis data, clinical reports, clinital decision making; quality assurance/accreditation. Practical demonstrations complement the theoretical dissertations. It is a satellite event of joint congress of European Society of Movement Analysis in adults and Children and Italian Society of Movement Analysis in Clinics.
