Objective
IGF-1 is important for postnatal body growth and exhibits insulin-like effects on carbohydrate metabolism. In this project we will investigate the role of liver IGF-1 in pregnancy, fatal growth and fertility using a unique mouse model for inducible and liver specific knockout of liver IGF-1.
