Microneuroendoscopy of spinal cord (MINOSC)

Objective

Many disabled persons are suffering from spinal cord lesions of different origins (traumas, tumours, degenerative diseases, congenital malformations). The neuromieloscopy intends to visualize directly the lesions by a special flexible microendoscope and to do some specific operations using associated equipment (laser, electro stimulation, hydro dissections, local drug injection). The navigation and position control of the microendoscope within the ménage space will be fully safe thanks to an intelligent guiding procedure and a collision- avoidance principle based on the fluidic hydrostatic and hydrodynamic action.

Fields of science (EuroSciVoc)

CORDIS classifies projects with EuroSciVoc, a multilingual taxonomy of fields of science, through a semi-automatic process based on NLP techniques. See: https://op.europa.eu/en/web/eu-vocabularies/euroscivoc.
