Developing & marketing future foods the challenge of communication

Objective

The objective of this proposal is to enable organizing the international congress "Developing and Marketing Future Foods - The challenge of communication" on 7-9 June, 2000. The objective of FFOOD-2 congress is to provide a forum where food and marketing professionals, and consumers' representatives can meet. The goal is to improve the communication between these groups in the future. The project will consist of four work packages, which will enable the organizing of the meeting. First work package contains the preparation tasks. The second work package is a call for participants. The third work package is for preparing the congress proceedings and fourth is the actual meeting itself. The high quality lectures during the three-day meeting, the symposium proceedings and the website will ensure good dissemination of the symposium material .
